Socializing after church:
Staying at church after the worship service ends is a way to get to know other people, make friends, and practice your social skills in a safe place.
Most churches call it ‘Coffee Hour.’ At St. George’s it’s more like 20 to 30 minutes.
Adults mingle out on the patio, getting coffee from the kitchen window and countertop.
Kids can go play on the playground (with the required adult supervision) or go to the Social Club held in the Library.
If you keep your personal space nametag on, it will make this time easier to navigate.
